heterojunctionsbasedonZnOwitIlp-typeNiOandorganicdyeN719andinvestigatedtheredistributionprocessofthephotogeneratedchargebysurfacephotovoltagespectroscopy,whichisusefulfortheapplicationoftheminphotoelectricconversion.Thesignificant

purityof99.99%,de-ionizedwaterof18.2MQandPVAasprimarymaterial.First,thePvAandthede-ionizedwaterweremixedatthemassratioofl:200.andthenheatedinwaterbathatabout90oCwithmagenicstirringtomakePVAagglomerant.Second,theZnOorNiOpowderwereputinagatemorearandaddsomeagglomeranttothepowder,thenwhetthemexiguousanduniform.Third,thepowderismoveintothediearrangment

theandpresstomoulding,andthenthePVAwereremovedbyheating.Last,targetswereputinthechamberfurnaceand

onsinteredtotheceramictargets.2.ZnOandNiOfilmsweredepositdSisubstratesandquartzsubstratesbylaser

molecularbeamepitaxytechnique.ThesampleswerecharacterizedbyX—raydiffraction,Ranlan,photoluminescenceand
