摘 要：长期以来，充足的公共基础设施供给一直被认为是经济增长和社会发展的助推器。而在农村经济发展中，公共基础设施的作用更是不可低估。当农村的社会经济环境发生改变时，公共基础设施的供给也要发生相应的变化，这样才能适应发展。所以分析当下农村公共基础设施的供给现状，发现当中存在的问题已成为政府，社会关注的核心之一。如何切实提高农村公共基础设施供给效率，找到一条适合当地农村特色的供给之路，成为我们需要解决的难题。
本文通过对黄宅镇农村公共基础设施的调查实证研究，分析了当地农村公共基础设施的供给现状并发现资金投入主体单一、基础设施档次低、重建设轻管理等问题。在此基础上，结合当地的实际情况，提出了拓宽融资渠道、加强基础设施建设、加强管理协调规划等建议，完善农村公共基础设施供给，使当地农村公共基础设施供给更加合理、科学。

Abstract: For a long time，the supply of public infrastructures is considered as the booster of the development of economy. In the process of rural economy developing, public infrastructures are playing an important role. When the rural economic environment changes, the supply of infrastructures should also be changed accordingly. To analyse the supply status of infrastructure and the problems during the supply process becomes a focus that the government and society concerns. How to improve the efficiency of infrastructures supply and establish a supply mode which adapts to local rural situations is becoming a critical problem.
This article analyses the supply status of infrastructure and find some problems such as the limit of investment access，low level of infrastructure and so on. According to the local situation，the article advances some suggestions such as find more access to investment，strengthen the construction of infrastructure and so on to consummate the supply of rural infrastructures.
