重庆市劳动力转移对城乡收入差距的影响
摘要:我国城乡收入差距是近年来一个热门焦点，由于经济的大发展，我国城乡收入的差距越来越大，这将可能导致城乡二级分化，对社会的稳定有很大的不利，而研究城乡收入差距的学者也越来越多，希望找出其原因所在和解决办法，而重庆城乡收入也存在大的差距，本文 将探讨劳动力转移对重庆城乡收入差距的影响.
文章首先分析了劳动力转移的相关理论,选择了刘易斯-拉尼斯-费景汉理论模型作为本文的理论基础,根据该模型,劳动力可以划分为三个阶段,而且在不同的阶段,劳动力转移对城乡收入差距的影响不同.本文分析了劳动力转移对城乡收入差距的作用机制,指出劳动力转移对城乡收入差距存在两种不同的影响.在通过对重庆是劳动力转移,城乡收入差距的现状以及一些经济特征进行分析,结合相关理论模型,推导出重庆理论在1996年-2010年模型处于第二阶段而根据刘易斯模型,在这一阶段,劳动力转移将扩大城乡收入差距.
为了证实上述推论,文章选取了从1996-2010年的相关数据,有农村劳动力转移和城市化率等数据:并进行了定量分析,结果表明农村劳动力转移和城市化率对收入有显著的影响,对二者比较,劳动力转移这一因素是重庆城乡收入差距的主要因素,并为正影响,这证实了本文关于重庆劳动力转移扩大城乡收入差距的推论.
最后对文章进行总结,并根据相关结论,有针对性的提出了相关建议,促进农村劳动力转移,加快劳动力转移进程,增加对农村的投资力度,缩小城乡投资差距:推进城市化进程.
