1 编制说明
1.1编制依据
⑴ 国家、铁道部的有关政策、法律、法规和条例、规定。 ⑵ 《桥涵施工技术指南》(TZ203—2008) 《桥涵施工质量验收标准》(TB10414—2003) 《客货共线铁路工程竣工验收检测指导意见》 (铁建设[2008]133号)等有关规范、标准要求
⑶铁道部《铁路营业线施工安全管理办法》(铁办〔2008〕190号)。 ⑷成都铁路局营业线施工及安全管理实施细则(成铁运〔2008〕780号)。 1.2编制范围
新建铁路兰州至重庆线广元至重庆段代建2标段内。吴家壕中桥施工里程段为:BCKZDK342+969.79~BCKZDK343+22.21,长52.42m。 1.3编制原则
遵守国家法律及铁道部、地方政府的法规。 执行铁道部工程施工技术规范和质量验收标准。
加强环保,不出现环境污染事故。临时工程本着“永临结合、节约用地、满足施工”的原则安排,尽量利用荒地、废地、非林地,按照“统一规划、精打细算”的原则控制临时用地。
合理安排施工顺序和工序衔接,统筹兼顾、均衡生产,确保工期。 加强安全管理,确保工程完工无行车事故和人身伤亡事故。实现本工程的安全目标。尊重当地宗教信仰和风俗习惯,制定文明施工措施,确保

2 工程概况及主要工程数量
2.1工程概述
新建铁路兰州至重庆线广元至重庆段广元站区成都铁路局代建站前施工2标段,本桥位于浩口村。本桥总共3个墩台,为单线桥。本桥中心里:BCKZDK342+996.00,孔跨样式: 2*20m,全长52.42m。设计活载为“中—活载”。
桩基直径为1.25m钻孔桩,0#台钻孔长24.5米(5孔),1#墩钻孔长为18米(4孔),2#台钻孔25米(5孔),共计14孔,319.5延米。桩顶以框架式承台连接,桩顶伸入承台10cm,桩身、承台为C35防侵蚀钢筋混凝土。
墩身为圆端式,1#墩高为10m,均为实心墩设计,桥台为时速160 km地段直(曲)线T形桥台,墩身(台)为C35抗侵蚀砼,托盘砼C30,顶帽C35,垫石为C50钢筋砼。
简支梁为预制运架施工。该桥0#台位于曲线上,1#墩2#台位于直线上,梁按平分中矢布置。
本桥位于七度地震区,按照要求设置防落梁措施。 2.2设计标准
本桥为货运单线铁路,列车设计时速160km/h。 2.3工程地质特征 2.3.1.地形地貌
本桥跨越道路,离既有宝成左线较近,1#墩位于河道中,0#与2#台各位于两侧河堤,在既有桥左侧,距离约5~8米,施工对既有线安全影响较大,需采用挖孔桩防护开挖。 2.3.2.地质情况
该桥经过地区主要为第四系地层覆盖,为粉土、粉质黏土、(粉)细砂、圆砾土、泥岩夹砂岩,软土和松软土分布广泛,工程地质条件较差。
