摘要

本文首先对“雅安印象”房地产项目/的开发背景、面临的问题以及该项目的环境 资源、竞争状况等进行了深入的分析研究。通过对市场和对消费者进行细分,确定了 雅安本地消费者作为本项目的主力市场,名山和成都的消费者作为辅助市场;制定了 向县高档房地产市场挑战的竞争战略。通过对相关资源的分析,将本项目命名为“雅 /

安印象”,提出了本项目的营销总概念一山水园林中的家一一雅安市第一个生态高档居 住小区。

本文的创新点在于提出了充分利用项目的现有资源,充分挖掘现有空缺市场,将 不利的地理条件变为有利营销资源的方式,为开发县级房地产市场的开发项目运作提 供了参考和借鉴。
