摘要
我国经济高速发展的同时,企业之间的竞争也随之越演越烈。人才是企业在竞争中制胜的关键因素,人力资源管理在帮助企业实现核心竞争力、抢占市场份额的过程中发挥着日益重要的作用。
所有企业在发展过程中都无法回避风险与危机,尤其是在当今经济全球化的大环境下,中国实行改革开放以来,企业经营的不确定因素不断增加,国内企业面临更多挑战。而所有风险的应对与危机的化解都离不开人的操作,企业管理者应该明白,企业并不缺少“人”,而是缺少“人才”,只有优秀卓越的人才,面对危局时才有能力采取正确的策略和措施,帮助企业化解危机、渡过难关,长久地发展下去。因此,科学合理的人力资源管理体系在企业经营管理中就显得尤为重要。
目前,保险行业人力资源管理存在着很多的问题,如人力资源供求失衡、人员结构比例失调、岗位权责利不清晰、营销兼职人员比例高、培训缺乏针对性与多元化、激励措施不得当、人员流动率高等等。保险企业想要寻求长远发展,就必须重视人力资源规划,拓宽引才渠道、合理配置人员结构,协调各项比例、做好工作分析,明确岗位权责利、成立信息化管理平台,管理虚拟化、建立标准培训体系,培训科学化、激励方案个性化,拒绝“大包揽”、增强企业凝聚力,保证员工忠诚度。因此,本文就“保险业人力资源管理存在的问题及对策”进行研究具有深远意义。

Research on the problems and Countermeasures of human resource management in China's Insurance Industry
Abstract
With the rapid development of China's economy, the competition among enterprises becomes more and more fierce. Talent is the key factor to win the enterprise, human resource management plays an increasingly important role in the process of helping enterprises to achieve the core competitiveness, to seize market share.
All enterprises in the development process can not avoid risk and crisis, especially under the trend of economic globalization, since China implemented the policy of reform and opening to the outside world , business uncertainty factors in increasing, the domestic enterprises face more challenges. And all risk response and crisis resolution are inseparable from human operation, enterprise managers should understand that companies do not lack the \but the lack of \only outstanding talent, facing the crisis is capable of take the right strategies and measures, help enterprises to defuse the crisis, to ride out the storm, long development. Therefore, the scientific and reasonable human resource management system in the enterprise management is particularly important.
Currently, there are a lot of problems in human resource management in the insurance industry, such as the imbalance between supply and demand of human resources, personnel structure of the imbalance, job responsibilities are not clear, a high proportion of part-time marketing personnel, lack of training for and diversified, incentive measures is not properly, personnel flow rate high and so on. Insurance companies are going to seek long-term development, we must pay attention to the human resource planning, broaden cited only channels, rational allocation of personnel structure, coordinate the proportion, job analysis, clear job responsibilities, the establishment of information management platform, virtual management, establishing standard training system, training scientific and incentive scheme of personalized, refused to \embrace and enhance the cohesion of the enterprise, ensure employee loyalty. Therefore, this article on \insurance industry human resources management problems and Countermeasures to carry on the research has the profound significance.
