摘 要
本文对危险品运输产业存在的风险使用风险分析法对存在的风险进行分析评价,提出了风险控制的方法。强调了政治风险与危险品运输风险中的经济风险、管理风险、环境风险同等重要。危险品运输风险评价与控制研究可为政府监管部门和危险品生产经营单位在运输风险管理、选线规划以及应急救援等方面提供决策支持，以减少事故发生率和路径沿线的人员伤亡风险。危险品由于其内在性质的特殊性，当它作为商品进入运输领域，必然会呈现出比普通商品更多、更特殊的风险性，这些风险反映在经济、技术、环境甚至政治等各个层面。本文的选题和研究就是基于以上一些背景，通过定性和定量分析危险品运输的风险，提出控制风险的对策措施。研究结论将会给危险品运输的管理者或运营商提供直观的决策意见，以便辅助制订有效的风险规避措施与方法，对政府和企业具有重要的实际意义。

Abstract
In this paper, the transport of dangerous goods industry risks using risk analysis method for the analysis of existing risk assessment, risk control method is proposed. Emphasize the political risk and the risk of dangerous goods transportation of economic risk, management risk, environmental risks are equally important. Dangerous goods transportation risk assessment and control research for government regulators and dangerous goods production and business operation entities in transportation planning and risk management, line selection provides decision-making support for emergency rescue, etc, to reduce the risk of accidents and casualties along the path. Due to the particularity of its inherent nature of dangerous goods, when it into the transportation sector, as commodity will present a more than ordinary goods, more specific risks, these risks are reflected in all aspects, such as economy, technology, environment and even political. Some topics and research of this article is based on the above background, through qualitative and quantitative analysis of the risk of dangerous goods transportation, put forward measures to control risk. The research conclusion will be provided to transport of dangerous goods manager or operator intuitive decision making, in order to assist to formulate effective measures and methods of risk aversion, to the government and enterprise has important practical significance.
