The low carbon industrial park of Jiangyin New Harbor City is an important one hundred billion –level industrial park which was set up according to the ―445‖ plan proposed by Jiangyin municipal committee and municipal government, as well as the typical demonstration park for industrial transformation of Jiangyin City and even Wuxi, and its strategic importance is of vital importance.
