摘 要

随着汽车工业的快速发展,汽车零部件的大量使用需求带动了整个产业链的高速发展,生产技术随着技术要求的提高也在不断的革新。

汽车的万向传动轴是由传动轴、两个万向节等主要部件联接而成,在长轴距的车辆中还要加装中间支承。万向传动轴在工作过程中通过不断改变变速器输出轴与驱动桥输入轴间的相对位置来传递扭矩和旋转力。

万向节又名万向接头,英语称“universal joint”,它是用来实现变角度动力传递的部件,广泛使用于汽车中需要改变传动轴线方向的位置中,在车辆上万向节传动轴安装在变速器输出轴与驱动桥输入轴之间。

万向节主要由节叉、十字节、滚针轴承、螺母囚笼、波纹管装配成。本文讲述了节叉的加工工艺流程与尺寸技术要求,突出讲述的是加工中心对于外形的加工和尺寸检测,对于生产流程中的其他多项工艺,笔者尽可能给以相关的涉猎。

Abstract

With the rapid development of auto industry, auto parts of extensive use of demand, the rapid development of the whole industry chain production technology with the constant improvement of the technical requirements are also constantly innovation.

Car universal shafts are made from two universal joint transmission shaft, the main components such as join and become, in the long wheelbase vehicle equipped with intermediate support. Universal transmission shaft in the process of working through changing the gearbox output shaft and the drive axle of the relative position between input shaft to transfer torque and rotational force.

%universal joint and a universal joint, English to be\it is used to implement the change point of power transmission components, widely used in automobiles need to change the location of the drive axis direction, cardan shaft installed in the gearbox output shaft on the vehicle and drive axle between the input shaft.

Universal joint is mainly composed of yoke, 10 bytes, needle roller bearings, nut cage, bellows assembly. This article tells the story of section of the fork processing technical requirements and the size of the technological process, the highlight is processing center for processing and shape size detection, for many other process in production process, and the author give related to dabble in as much as possible.
