我国商业银行理财产品发展对策研究
摘 要
近年来,我国商业银行理财业务发展迅速,各家商业银行为抢占理财市场,争先恐后的推出形形色色的理财产品,给社会经济带来很大影响。商业银行理财产品成为商业银行新的利润源,改善了商业银行的收支结构,有助于提升商业银行核心竞争力。但我国目前的金融体系尚不完善,对于商业银行的监管也存在盲点,因此对理财产品的问题研究有着重要的意义。所以不断开发设计出真正适应市场需求的个性化产品,
为客户提供全方位的优质服务成为我国商业银行理财业务发展亟待解决的问题。
本文简要介绍我国商业银行理财产品,并对其现状进行分析,经过近年的不断发展取得了很大的成就,产品种类不断丰富,推出频率不断加快,在一定程度上给人们提供了更多更丰富的投资渠道,也为银行获取了一定的收益。但是还存在一些问题:一是理财产品同质化,二是理财产品结构不合理,三是理财产品设计不合理,四是理财产品市场交易不完善。针对这些问题,本文主要从创新管理模式不完善、风险控制能力不足、专业人才缺乏、理财服务技术系统滞后四个方面分析原因。通过对商业银行理财产品发展中存在的问题及成因的分析,从完善产品创新管理机制、提高产品风险控制水平、加强产品创新的研发设计能力、培养高素质人才四个方面提出解决对策,从而加强和促进我国商业银行理财产品的持续发展。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, the rapid development of the banking business of commercial banks in China, all commercial banks to seize the wealth management market, scrambling to introduce a wide variety of financial products have a large impact on socio-economic. Financial products in commercial banks become commercial banks a new source of profits, improved revenue and expenditure structure in commercial banks, helped to raise the core competitiveness of commercial banks. But our current financial system is not yet perfect, for the regulation of commercial banks and there are blind spots, so the financial products has great significance for the study. Therefore, continue to design truly adapted to market demand for personalized products, offers a full range of quality services to customers as problems in financing business of commercial banks in China.
This article provides analysis on the present situation of financial products in commercial banks in China, after a development has made great achievements in recent years, product types continuously enriched, accelerating launch frequency, to a certain extent gives people a more a more diversified investment channels, also gets a certain amount of income for the Bank. But there are still some issues: one is the financing product homogeneity, the second is financial product structure is irrational and the third is financial product design is not reasonable, four are financial product market imperfections. For these problem, this article main from innovation management mode not perfect, and risk control capacity insufficient, and professional talent lack, and financial service technology system lag four a aspects analysis reasons, through to commercial banks financial products development in the exists of problem and the causes of analysis, will from perfect products innovation management mechanism, and increase products risk
