IT服务外包中知识转移模型及风险规避研究

摘要：本文在国内外学者研究IT外包的基础上，进行调查分析并提出相关对策。在阅读了大量的参考文献和相关资料之后，就当前的背景，对相关概念进行分析，并补充，在研究IT外包中的知识转移过程中分析其特点来建立知识转移模型。结合知识转移特点和模型，采用调查问卷的方法来研究IT外包中知识转移过程存在的风险，并在参考了大量文献后，对其风险要素进行了分析，还利用文献调查法来推出相关的规避对策。

Knowledge Transfer Model of IT service outsourcing and
Its risk aversion research
Abstract: On the basis of domestic and foreign scholars study IT outsourcing ,analyzes and puts forwards relevant countermeasures in this article.After reading lots of references and related materials, considered the current social background, analyze the related concepts, then complement, and analyze its characteristics to establish the model of knowledge transfer in the process of study knowledge transfer in IT outsourcing.Combining with the characteristics of knowledge transfer and the model, adopt the method of questionnaire to study the risk in the process of knowledge transfer in IT outsourcing, and analyze the risk factors after refers large number of literature, and using the method of literature investigation to launch related circumvent countermeasures.
