This is an analysis focusing mainly on recruiting websites, which attempts to examine and explain the current recruiting websites management mode. It introduces a framework of the impact of new information-technology-era economy on traditional industrial concepts in China, such as those of talent agencies. Since the late-1990s, a number of online recruiting media such as job boards, corporate career websites and e-recruiting consortia have been introduced into the talent market in China. And the recruiting websites have met the needs of both job seekers and employers: job seekers log on these sites for free to find appropriate positions, when recruiters are trying to find qualified candidates through these sites as well.
After years of development, China's recruitment website system has taken shape, the market has become increasingly active exchanges, the recruitment site in the configuration of human resources increasingly highlight the role. The establishment of the network job recruitment study what kind of recruiting Web site operations and management models to adapt to the healthy development of the status quo, provide better services to meet the needs of job seekers, employment promotion is necessary and urgent. Of state and government websites for the recruitment of macro-management of environment is also worth exploring.
The current national network of legislation, the legislation is lagging behind the national level, the existing laws to adapt to areas of relatively broad, almost no specific legislation for network recruitment, nor the relevant case for reference.
