第1章 本项目工程简述

1.1工程概况

(1)工程名称:新建松江区新桥镇九新公路14 号增减挂钩安置地块动迁安置房项目 -A 地块桩基工程

(2)工程地点:上海市松江区新桥镇明中路九新公路交界处 (3)建设单位:上海明中置业有限公司

(8)工程简述

新建松江区新桥镇九新公路14 号增减挂钩安置地块动迁安置房项目-A 地块项目位于上海市松江区新桥镇明中路九新公路交界处。

本次新建松江区新桥镇九新公路14 号增减挂钩安置地块动迁安置房项目-A 地块桩基工程,本工程总建筑面积89748.21m2,主要包括建设内容包括7 栋住宅16~18 层、1层地下车库和1栋社区服务中心。

±0.00相当于绝对高程+4.65m,勘察地面标高在+3.00m~+3.50m之间,明浜、暗浜错综复杂,分布较广。

本桩基工程主楼采用预应力管桩,地库采用预应力竹节桩,施工采用静力压桩施工工艺。各主楼桩和地库桩具体规格型号和数量详见下表:

为了便于对工程进行质量、技术工作及进度计划的控制,针对本工程施工重点、难点例举及相应对策如下:

? 工程桩施工中要注意桩身垂直度及管桩拼接控制

针对本条采取以下措施 :

⑴沉桩前必须认真学习图纸,对所有桩号进行编号,标明桩型号,桩顶标高等数据。 ⑵设备组装后用两台经纬仪校正桩架上的水平仪。施工时桩机驾驶员调整水平仪后,测量员再采用两台经纬仪相互交叉90度微调桩身垂直度。

⑶管桩拼接采用固定机械抱箍容易确保上下节桩中心线在同一铅垂线上。 ⑷沉桩前,必须先对各压桩班组进行技术交底,明确各自职责。 ? 施工场地处理及周围环境保护措施

1、拟建场地存在大量土堆,沉桩前需进行全面的场地处理,施工时对场地内的明浜、

暗浜熟悉和实勘,确保满足桩机承载力的要求。压桩流程是本工程的难点之一。

针对第一条:

⑴首先对场地进行平整处理。拟采用挖掘

2、本工程桩基主楼采用预应力管桩,地库采用预应力竹节桩,桩端持力层为砂质粉

土,压桩工程中保持施工质量和合理安排机将场地明浜进行排水清淤,用建筑垃圾回填,分层夯实至地坪。暗浜区域挖机探底,根据土质做局部换土处理,最后用推土机平整场地,确保整个场地高差在合理范围之内,不影响桩基施工。

⑵场地内施工便道铺设安排是,先在场地内规划好便道走向、长、宽,用小块建筑垃圾均匀铺设50㎝,初步定为修筑五条临时施工便道(详见现场平面布置图)。具体以满足进桩要求为准。

针对第二条:

⑴采用大吨位压桩机配备足够配重,根据施工需要进行合理配置,确保施工顺利进行。 ⑵采用走长线、由南向北施工,(根据现场实际监测情况,可做适当调整)严禁压封闭桩,减小沉桩时产生的挤土效应。 1.3 施工关键工序及特殊过程控制

1) 施工关健工序为:桩位定位、沉桩垂直度控制、送桩标高控制 2)焊接质量控制:根据设计要求,接桩焊接质量必须满足焊接质量要求。
