lye makes the water slightly alkaline and neutralizes fatty acids to soap. The excess condensate, consisting of the suction vapors and the motive steam of the ejectors, overflows to be treated. No make-up water is needed during steady state operation. Three closed loop coolers are installed; one is in standby while the other two are in operation. This is due to the fact that eventually, the closed loop coolers will eventually foul with fatty acids. Therefore an extra heat exchanger is needed to guarantee a constant supply of water to the vacuum systems. GENERAL 通用标准
