摘要
施工组织设计是建筑施工组织的核心，是对工程建设项目全过程的构思设想和具体安排，是用来指导施工项目全过程各项活动的技术、经济和组织的综合性文件。
本设计课题为建设项目乙施工组织设计。本设计是根据施工图纸来计算施工项目的工程量，并且根据所计算出的工程量来确定完成各工序所需劳动力和工作天数，进而，绘制出施工总进度横道图、网络图以及施工现场平面总布置图，而且，本设计还包括以所计算出的项目工程量来确定的主要材料用量计划、主要机械设备用量机化和劳动力需用了计划，编写了主要分部分项工程的施工方法和方案。最后，根据以上各方面编制出施工组织设计文件。本次毕业设计，对于大学知识有所回顾和加深，有助于自身专业知识的提升。

Abstract
Construction design is the essence of construction organizations, it is the whole process ideas and specific arrangements envisaged in the concept of construction projects, it is also used to guide the activities of the whole process of the technical, economic and organizational comprehensive construction projects’ document.
The design of construction projects subject to construction design B. The design is based on construction drawings to calculate the amount of engineering construction projects, and works according to the amount calculated to determine the labor required to complete the process and the number of working days, in turn, draw a bar chart of the general construction, network diagrams, and plane construction site general arrangement, but the design also includes the calculated amount of the project works to determine the amount of primary material plan, the main unit of the amount of machinery and equipment and labor required of the plan, part of the preparation of a major sub-project of the construction methods and program. Finally, according to the above aspects of the preparation of the construction, then work out the design documents. With the graduation project, the University has reviewed and deepen the knowledge, and it is can help improve our professional knowledge.
