项目管理作为国际先进的管理技术和方法,因其运作的高效性、组织的灵活性和方法程序的通用性,被广泛应用于企业改革、改制、战略研究和技术改造、研究开发、市场拓展与管理工程等项目。
精细化管理是20世纪中叶工业化时代提出,精细化管理的理论已经被越来越多的企业管理者所接受。天下大事,必做十细,它首先是一种先进的管理文化和管理方式,是企业成功做大的关键因子,目前已成为全世界各大行业势不可挡的一种潮流。
然而,中国接受项目管理和精细化管理这种现代化管理理念和方式的时间非常短,在企业管理方面,远远没有达到西方企业管理的精细化程度,往往习惯于粗放式或者定性的管理,数据化或者事例化的管理则相对难以接受,而且由于在很多方面都缺乏科学的评测机构和考评手段或工具,或者即使有了这些辅助措施,也往往容易流于形式,对于企业管理运营产生不了实际的指导意义和作用,甚至为此还要浪费很多原本可以创造更多价值的时间与资源。甚至有的企业其组织架构都形同虚设,责任权利无法统一到某个固定的部门或者职位上去,随意性非常大,因人设职或者因人设部门的事情时有发生。
放眼这几年国内各种层出不穷的豆腐渣工程以及各种让人触目惊心的突发事故,无不是粗放式管理惹下的祸根。因此,加强项目管理的系统化和精细化,才能增强企业的竞争力,避免恶性竞争的局面。
本文结合精细化管理的原理及管理思路,立足于安防系统安装项目的实际情况,围绕项目管理的质量、成本、进度这三大约束目标管理问题,分析了精细化管理思想在安防安装项目管理的具体运用。尝试从中得出一些具有现实意义的结论。为国内安防安装企业全面采用精细化管理提供参考。
