摘 要
本文主要分析管道的基本概念性能特征以及管道施工的基本工艺流程，从管道的定义、分类、作用和 生产工艺性能、用途、施工工艺等几个方面分析，重点分析了螺旋钢管及其柔性接口技术、顶管施工，其中施工质量影响因素及其控制方式是重点内容。结合中能取水口改造工程实例分析，从基本的工程概况、管沟开挖、布管、坡口加工及管道对接、管道焊接、施工中出现的问题、顶管施工、现场防腐补伤补扣、检查验收等九个方面较为详细的介绍了输水管道施工步骤及其方法。对于顶管施工，本文重点介绍其中的顶管机及其泥水设备安装以及顶管的过程。另外，对于对管道施工、应用中的管道保护、防腐等问题提出了一些建议。

ABSTRACT
,This article analyzes the performance characteristics of the basic concepts of pipeline, and pipeline construction in the basic process, from the pipeline definition, classification, function and manufacturing process performance, usage, and other aspects of the construction process, focusing on analysis of the spiral pipe and flexible interface technology, pipe jacking , which affect construction quality control is the key factor in its content.Transformation in energy intake combined with engineering examples, from basic engineering situation, trench excavation, piping, processing and pipeline docking groove, pipe welding, construction problems, pipe jacking, site anticorrosion injury compensation deduction, inspection and acceptance nine more detailed introduction to the water pipeline construction procedures and methods. For pipe jacking, this article focuses on one of the top of the machine and its equipment installation and slurry pipe jacking process. In addition, the pipeline construction, application of the pipeline protection, corrosion and other issues put forward some suggestions.
