Firstly in the society in China for elderly and about family endowment research situation analysis, then explains elderly life situation, and the endowment to old people, then the needs analysis model analysis method to establish China's endowment insurance, analyzed, and the way for reference foreign advanced family endowment experience, and puts forward the experience to construct a family endowment revelation, finally for perfect the family pension system, promoting China's economic and social harmonious and healthy development, puts forward the corresponding about policy, legislation, economic, community service support and so on related Suggestions.
