在社会组织发展过程中，如何根据社会起源理论，从社会组织领导者来源所附带的优劣势出发，有针对性开展专业化的服务项目以及因地制宜地提供资金、资源、人力、政策支持，应该引起更多的关注。 最后，需要指出的是本研究也存在一定的不足。一方面，作为个案研究，本文选取的三个案例特征较为典型，其服务递送的差异性显著，但对于其他起源的社会组织，如穗港合作背景、宗教背景、专业社会工作者背景，本研究的普遍性与代表性还有待进一步讨论。另一方面，萨拉蒙的社会起源理论更多的是着眼于对作为一个类别的非营利组织或者说公民社会起源的宏观分析，而本文的案例研究则聚焦于社会服务递送中具体的社会组织所呈现出来的差异性，这种把宏观理论运用于微观社会事实的尝试，难免会存在一定的理论纰漏。 Social Organizations and Social Service Delivery in the Perspective of Social Origin Theory: The Case of the Family Comprehensive Services Centers in Guangzhou Wang Shen-cheng, Yue Jing-lun Abstract：Taking the Family Comprehensive Services Centers (FCSCs) in Guangzhou as an example, this article aims to examine the effects of the origins of social organizations which operate the FCSCs on their services quality within the framework of the Social Origin Theory proposed by L. S. Salamon. Focusing on the resource
mobilization, services strategy and the interaction between service actors, this article tries to explore the mechanisms which the origins of social organizations affect the quality of their service delivery. Unlike most research literatures which focuse on the relationship between the government and social organizations, this article has provided a new perspective to analyze the relationship between social organizations and social services development. It argues that the different origins of social organizations have led to the variety of their service delivery. This study has also provided new materia to understand the social origin theory in the context of contemporary China.
