根据波谱图特征,其对正常的附加不匀不敏感,而对异常的周期性或非周期的纱条不匀极敏感。波谱的高度或大小反映这种不匀的剧烈程度和频率范围,而凸起直方块的位置,反映出周期不匀的波长,由此可诊断加工机件发生故障的部位。
