三部分,分析和讲解一些有代表性的虫害,及综合治理方法。

通过本门课的学习,使学生掌握治理农业害虫的基本原理和方法,初步具备开展植物保护工作的能力。

Agricultural Entomology is a compulsory lessen for agriculture, plant genetics and seed faculties. The content included three parts: 1. general entomology; 2. Theory of management for agricultural insect pest; 3. Analyze some examples of insect pest management.

In the first part insect morphology, physiology, biology, taxonomy and ecology are learnt. In the second part explaining agricultural, chemical, biological, physical means to destroy and quarantine insect pest. Study on the concept of IPM (Integrated Pest Management). In the third part some representative examples of IPM are analyzed and explained.

The aim of this lessen is to promote students learning concept and methods of IPM and to get primary ability for work in plant protection.

农业生态学 Agroecology

农业生态学是生态学原理应用于农业领域的一个分支学科,是针对伴随着社会经济与农业生产的发展,所面临的资源与生态环境问题日益突出这一问题而在大专院校设置的专业基础课。课程以生态学原理为理论基础,包含了农业生态系统结构与功能、农业生态系统的调控与优化设计、农业资源利用与生态环境保护和我国生态农业理论与实践等九个章节的内容。通过课程的学习,使学生基本了解和掌握农业生态系统的基本概念、基本功能、基本关系及调控机制,农业生态学的基本原理,国内外替代农业的发展及我国生态农业的理论与实践,培养学生生态观与经济相结合的农业生产理念,为日后从宏观的、系统的、整体的角度出发来组织和管理农业打下基础。课程教学学时数总计32学时。

Agroecology is a branch of ecology. It is set up as basic course of specialty because of increasing agricultural resources and ecological problems which accompany with the development of agricultural productivity. Theory of ecology is the basic theory of agroecology, the course teach how the theory of ecology is applied to agricultural production. The content of course include mainly structure and function of agroecosystem, regulation and optimization of agroecosystem, utilization and protection of agricultural resources, the theory and practice of ecological agriculture in China etc.. By studying this course, the students can learn basic conception, fuction,connection and adjustive mechanism of agroecosystem. They can learn the basic theory of agroecology, the development of substitutive agriculture also. The students will build up ecological idea and agricultural production idea which combine ecology and economics, thus they can manage agriculture according to macroscopical, systemic and holistic idea. The total teaching time is 32 hours.

种子学 Seed Science

种子学是研究植物种子的特征特性和生命活动规律以及相关技术的一门应用学科,是农学的主要课程之一。本课程的教学,旨在使学生系统了解种子的形态结构、化学成分、物理性质、种子形成发育、萌发、休眠、活力、寿命、及种子生产、检验、加工储藏的基础知识和技术原理,并能运用所学知识解决生产实际中的具体问题。

Seed science is one of the major courses for the major of Agronomy, which covers the basic theory of seed science and the principle of seed technology. The goal of this course is make students acquire the comprehensive knowledge of seed structure, chemistry, physical characteristic, seed formation and development, germination, vigor, dormancy, longevity and the technique of seed production, seed testing, processing and storage of seed. The students will be able to apply the knowledge into practices after this course.

粮食作物栽培学是密切联系生产实际、直接将科学技术转化为生产力的一门实践性科学。因此本课程的教学目的是使学生了解国内外作物生产现状、存在的问题,主要作物生长发育和产量形成规律与特点,掌握各项传统的和现代作物促控技术,为我国作物高产、优质、高效、低耗生产和可持续发展提供理论与技术。

作物栽培学具有综合性强、实践性强和地域性强等特点,因此使学生能融会贯通相关学科(如植物学、植物生理学、生态学、土壤学、肥料学、气象学、植物病虫害防治学等)知识,掌握和灵活应用各项技术措施,增强解决生产实际问题能力是本课程的主要任务。

Food crop cultivation science is a practical subject, which is closely related to the agricultural practice and directly transferring knowledge to agricultural production. Therefore, this course is mainly focus on introducing the reality and problem of agricultural production worldwide, the mechanism and characters of crop development and yield formation. Students will learn traditional and especially modern agricultural production techniques and contribute to the high-yielding, high-efficiency, low-cost and sustainable agriculture in the future. This course is a comprehensive introduction of crop production system, which includes knowledge about botany, plant physiology, ecology, soil science, fertilizer science, metrology and plant protection, etc.

The course consists of 3 major points: 1) Basic theory and knowledge of crop cultivation including sociology, genetics, ecology, phenology, physiology and agronomy techniques, 2) Knowledge on main crops including crop development, yield and quality formation and mechanism of environments to crop growth, 3) Production systems and techniques including planting technique, irrigation and fertilization and chemical control.

经济作物栽培 Cash Crops Cultivation

耕作学是农学专业的骨干课程,是一门技术综合性很强的应用科学,也包含着宏观布局的软科学内容,实践性强、涉及面广,以布局决策和技术组装配套指导农业生产的应用性宏观农学学科。耕作学以建立合理耕作制度为核心,讲授内容包括耕作制度原理、作物生态适应性与布局、多熟种植、轮作与连作、土壤耕作、农田培肥与可持续土地管理及区域耕作制度等内容。本课程培养学生对一个区域的种植制度与土壤耕作制度优化设计能力,以及相关的农田种植模式与技术、土壤耕作技术应用能力等。

作物育种学是农学、植物遗传、种子科学专业的骨干课程。本课程以作物育种的主要途径和重要目标性状选育为核心,并包含了育种目标、种质资源、种子生产等作物新品种选育全过程中涉及的主要工作内容。作物育种途径包括引种与选择育种、杂交育种、杂种优势利用、诱变育种、远缘杂交与倍性育种、生物技术在育种中的应用等。主要育种目标性状包括抗病虫育种、抗逆性育种和作物品质改良。本课程重点是育种途径和目标性状选育,希望通过本课程学习,使学生掌握作物常规育种手段基本的操作过程和细胞工程、转基因技术、分子标记辅助选择等生物技术的基本原理,了解相关学科的发展对作物育种学的影响。掌握作物的主要育种目标,理解作物育种学是一门随着科学和生产的发展不断发展的应用性科学的性质。

Principles of Crop Breeding is the major course for undergraduate students of agronomy, plant genetics & breeding, seed science & engineering. Main ways of crop breeding and selection of important target traits are the core of the course, besides, the whole procedure of crop breeding such as breeding objectives, germplasm resources, seed production, et al. are included in it. The approaches of crop breeding consists of selection breeding, cross breeding, heterosis utilization, mutation breeding, distant cross and ploidy breeding, application of biotechnology in breeding etc. the main breeding objectives are as follows: crop breeding of resistance to diseases and pests, crop breeding of stress tolerance and breeding for improving crop quality. The emphasis of the course is main ways of crop breeding and selection of important target traits. By studying the course, students can master the major objectives of crop breeding, the basic operating process of traditional breeding, basic principles of plant cell engineering, transgenic technology, molecular marker-assisted selection etc., students can also get to know the effect of related subjects’ progress on crop breeding, and understand crop breeding is an application subject.
