作物生态生理 Crop Ecophysiology

本课程教学的主要目的是让学生了解农田作物生长发育、代谢过程及产量形成与生态环境的关系,特别是作物对逆境胁迫的反应,适应和补偿机理,在此基础上掌握作物抗逆与适应栽培原理及技术途径。

本课主要介绍大田作物在不同的农田生态环境下生育特性、生理活动和产量形成特征;作物对水分胁迫、温度胁迫、养分胁迫、盐胁迫等的反应、适应和补偿机理;不同生态型作物的比较形态与生理;作物源库关系的生态学研究;作物抗逆与适应栽培原理;等等。重点分析作物对不同胁迫的反应、适应差异及机理。强调作物生态学知识和生理学知识的结合,并要求学生从生态学角度分析作物生产过程与原理。

The course was setup to make students understand the process of growth, development and metabolism of field crops, as well as the relationship between yield formation and eco-environment, especially the response, adaptation and compensation mechanism of crop to adversity, on the basis of which to hold the cultivated theory and technical pathway.

The contents of the course include field crop’s growth and developmental characteristics, physiological action and yield formation under different eco-environments; the response, adaptation and compensation mechanism of crops to water, heat, nutrition and salt stress; the form and physiology of different eco-type crops; the ecological research on source and sink relations of crop; the cultivated theory of anti-adversity and adaptation, and so on. Of which the different response and adaptation of crops to different stress environment and the mechanism will be strongly analyzed. Otherwise, the course emphasizes the combination of crop ecology and physiology, and demands students analyzing crop production process and theory from the perspective of ecology.

农业推广学 Popularization in Agriculture

开设本课程使涉农本科生掌握如何使农业科技成果尽快转化为现实生产力以及在我国现实条件如何采用各种理论与方法使农民尽快采纳新的农业科技成果。主要内容包括以下几个方面:第一章导论;第二章推广对象行为的产生与改变;第三章创新的采用与扩散;第四章推广的基本方法与技能;第五章农业推广组织与人员管理;第六章农业推广项目计划与管理;第七章农业科技成果转化与推广;第八章农业推广信息系统与信息服务;第九章农业推广经营服务及第十章农业推广的宏观环境。

The target of the course is to help learners master how to make the fruit of agricultural researching applying by farmer, and learn the skill that make farmer adopt the new technology. Agricultural information technology is a new opening in agriculture and professional elective courses. This course systematically introduces the application of information technology system and its theory in modern agricultural production. It is an applied science, is very technical. This course mainly clarify the applications of computer technology in agricultural production, including expert system , decision support systems, geographical information systems, global positioning systems, remote sensing systems, precision agriculture, database technology and Internet technology. Through learning of the course, students understand applications of agricultural information technology in the area of agriculture and high-tech agriculture.

农作物化控与实验技术 Principle and Technology of Crop Chemical Regulation

农作物化控与实验技术是作物学与植物生理学、化学等学科相互渗透的新兴交叉学科。教学内容包括:1)作物化学控制的理论基础知识,简要介绍植物信号系统和植物激素、植物生长发育的激素调控;2)植物生长调节剂及其作用机制,系统阐述调节剂的分类,命名,理化性质,吸收、运输和代谢,生理机制,配合使用,使用方法和药害的预防等;3)作物化学控制的技术原理,区分调节剂的两类效应,建立作物化控技术的评价体系,分析化控技术三种技术模式的技术原理和特征;4)主要大田作物水稻、小麦、棉花、玉米、大豆的实用化控技术。

“Principle and Technology of Crop Chemical Regulation” is a new subject crossed by Crop Science, Plant Physiology and Agricultural Chemistry. The main content is as following: 1) Theoretical knowledge

of crop chemical regulation, including plant signal system, phytohormone and regulation of plant growth and development by phytohormone. 2) Plant growth regulators (PGRs) and their functional mechanism, firstly, introducing basic knowledge of PGRs, such as categorization, denomination, physical and chemic characters; secondly, clarifying the absorption, transportation, metabolizing and physiological mechanism of PGRs; lastly, presenting the applying techniques of PGRs. 3) Principle of crop chemical regulation, differentiating the basic effects and comprehensive effects of PGRs, establishing evaluation system for techniques of crop chemical regulation, and analyzing technical principle and characteristic of three technique patterns of crop chemical regulation, i.e. simple regulation of certain organ at certain developmental stage, systemic regulation of whole plant during whole life cycle, and integrated regulation of plant development and environment. 4) Practical techniques of crop chemical regulation for lowland rice, wheat, cotton, maize and soybean.

作物栽培生理学是介于植物生理学与作物栽培学之间的一门分支学科,重点讨论作物高产、稳产、优质、低消耗的生理基础。本课程包括两部分的内容:一是讲述作物生长发育及产量形成过程中的生理学原理,主要包括作物生长发育与调控、作物合理群体的建成与调控、作物光合生理与光能高效利用、作物水分生理与水分的高效利用、物质生产与分配的调控、作物养分生理与养分的高效利用、作物生理学领域最新的研究进展等;二是作物栽培生理研究方法,主要结合作物栽培生理讲述的内容,有重点地介绍相关领域的研究方法、技术原理及其应用等。主要内容包括作物科学研究的一般过程与要求、作物样品的采集与保存、作物个体生长研究方法、作物群体结构研究方法等。

Crop cultivation physiology is a branch between plant physiology and crop cultivation, in the branch mainly discuss the physiological basis of high yield, stable yielding, high-quality and low input in crop production. This course includes two parts in content: the physiological theory of crop growth and development and yield formation processing are presented in the part one, mainly include crop growth and development and its regulation, construction and regulation in rational crop population/ density, crop photosynthesis physiology and high use efficiency in radiation, crop water physiology and high use efficiency in water, Carbohydrate production, partition and regulation, crop nutrition physiology and high use efficiency in fertilization, and the advanced development in crop physiology; The research method and techniques in crop cultivation physiology is presented in the part two, mainly include the general process and requirements in crop scientific research. Meanwhile, integrating the contents in the part one, some relative research methods/ techniques, theory and applications also are provided.

园艺通论 General Horticulture

“园艺通论”是为非园艺专业的本科生开设的必修课或选修课,目的是使广大农科甚至非农科专业的学生广泛了解园艺学科的基本知识和技能,拓展知识面,增强学生的就业能力。

本课程将“园艺植物生物学”、“园艺植物栽培学”、“园艺植物育种学”、“园艺植物病理学”、“园艺植物昆虫学”、“设施园艺学”、“园艺植物采收及采后处理”等多门课程融会贯通,概括成园艺植物的分类、园艺植物的生物学特性、园艺植物的品种改良、园艺植物的繁殖、种植园管理技术、设施园艺、园艺植物保护、采收及采后处理等几章内容,全面介绍了园艺植物的生物学特性和生长发育规律,以及园艺生产各环节的主要技术措施。

本课程突出基础知识和基本技术两大方面。课堂讲授采用多媒体教学,以增强学生的学习兴趣,加深对内容的理解;实验课程主要是基本认知和基本技能操作,提高学生田间实践能力。

The course provides a brief introduction of different horticultural plants to the students who do not have agriculture and horticulture background. Through the lectures and reading materials students get some basic knowledge and experience of horticulture science, which helps to broad the knowledge construction of the students and to get more job opportunities.

Combined multiple curricula, such as ‘Biology of horticultural crops’, ‘Cultivation of horticultural crops’, ‘Breeding of horticultural crops’, ‘Pathology’, ‘Entomology’, ‘Protected horticulture’, ‘Harvesting and Postharvest handling of horticultural crops’, the course summarize the general disciplines and key practices of horticulture production. The main content includes: the ABC of plant classification and Latin names, the biological characters and development of horticultural plants, improvement of cultivars, propagating methods, general management in the open field and green house, and basic knowledge of plant protection, harvesting and postharvest handling of horticultural products. This course introduces comprehensively the biological characteristics and developments of horticultural crops, important technology related to the production.

The course emphases on the general disciplines and basic horticultural practises. All the lectures are made with multimedia to enhance the learning interest and understanding of the students. Experimentations, based on the basic knowledge of horticultural plants and practical skills of production, are conducted by the students themselves and are designed for them to be able to work in the field later, after they have learned this course.

This course discusses the material mechanism of heredity as well as the variation, behavior and function of the chromosomes. It also introduces the latest findings on molecular cytogenetics. This course is appropriate to the student in related to biology, with a prerequisite of general genetics.
