摘 要
建筑业已成为我国社会支柱性产业。作为建筑工程产品的工程项目，投资和
耗费的人工、材料、能源都相当大，投资者付出巨大的投资，要获得既理想的、满足适用要求的工程产品，又能为施工单位创造效益的工程项目。一次性建成符合质量要求的工程产品是关键。因此，选择对建筑工程项目质量控制与验收进为课题进行研究，具有十分重要的现实意义。工程质量是人们生产和生活的保障，是建筑企业生存和发展的保障。是效益的基础。
本文主要针对建筑质量管理的核心内容质量控制和工程最后一道保障竣工验收做了论述，其中质量控制介绍了质量控制的影响因素、质量控制的方法与手段和具体工序中质量的控制，竣工验收介绍了竣工验收的作用与流程。

Summary
The construction industry has become a pillar industry of China's society. The project of the construction work, the investment and the cost of labor, materials, and energy are considerable, investors pay a huge investment to get both ideal to meet the applicable requirements of engineering products, but also to create benefits for the construction unit project the project. Therefore, the choice, quality control and acceptance of construction projects subject has a very important practical significance.
