1.Before listening

2.While listening

(1)Play the conversation twice. T:What clothes are they talking about? Ss:Hat, shorts, sweater.

After listening to the conversation, get the class to read aloud. T:Now let’s listen to the tape and read the conversation in 1b. Students read aloud.

Then practice the conversation in 1c. T:Who can read the conversation for us? Ask some pairs to read the conversation in 1c.

How much在这里用于询问商品的价格,意为“多少钱”; 若句子主语是可数名词的单数形式,用 How much is…?回答时用“It’s +价格.”; 若句子主语是可数名词的复数形式,用“How much are…?”提问,用“They’re+价格.”回答,也可直接用具体价格来回答。 —How much is the dictionary?这本词典多少钱? —(It’s) 88 yuan.88元。 —How much are the trousers?这条裤子多少钱? —They are 34 dollars.34美元。 【拓展】 (1)询问价格还可以用:What’s the price of…?使用这一句型时无论被询问的商品是单数还是复数,be动词都用is,不能用are; 其答语为:It’s…“价格是……”。 —What’s the price of this book?这本书多少钱? —It’s 5 dollars.5美元。 How much are the socks?这双袜子多少钱? 【注意】 ①socks是sock的复数形式。 像socks, shoes, trousers, glasses, shorts等都是成双成对的物品,一般以复数形式出现。 ②dollar是名词,意为“美元”,是美国、加拿大等国的货币单位。其符号为“$”,1美元等于100美分(cents),one dollar可写成“$ 1.00”。 I have about 100 dollars.我有约100美元。 (2)英国货币单位是英镑(pound),1英镑等于100便士(pennies)。 注意 dollar 和pound都是可数名词,其复数形式分别为dollars 和pounds。中国货币单位是元、分(yuan, fen)为不可数名词。two yuan 可写成“¥2”。 [设计意图] 做听力训练时先整体感知,然后再对局部细节内容精听精解,让学生既得到听力训练,又能从中学会语言表达。学生在听了细节之后,朗读巩固。 StepⅤ.Activities
