1. 编制说明
1.1. 编制依据
1.1.1新建铁路兰州至重庆线广元至重庆段浩口双线大桥施工咨询图。 1.1.2.国家、铁道部颁发的现行建设管理法律法规及设计规范、施工规范、验收标准和其它有关规定。
1.1.3.设计文件包括有关设计图表及工程数量等。 1.1.4.承发包合同,招投标文件。 1.1.5.现行铁路定额。 1.1.6.现场调查的相关资料。 1.2. 编制范围
新建铁路兰州至重庆线广元至重庆段代建2标段内,浩口双线大桥(中心里程D1K577+861)D1K577+536.49~D1K578+029.25长度492.76米的基础、墩台等线下部分的施工。 1.3. 编制原则
遵守国家法律及铁道部、地方政府的法规。 执行铁道部工程施工技术规范和质量验收标准。
加强环保,不出现环境污染事故。临时工程本着“永临结合、节约用地、满足施工”的原则安排,尽量利用荒地、废地、非林地,按照“统一规划、精打细算”的原则控制临时用地。
合理安排施工顺序和工序衔接,统筹兼顾、均衡生产,确保工期。 加强安全管理,确保工程完工无行车事故和人身伤亡事故。实现本工程的
