安徽工业大学毕业论文
摘要
在我国,中小企业在社会和经济发展方面扮演着重要角色,体现在促进就业、丰富市场、保持社会稳定、改善人民群众生活水平等方面。但是,薪酬管理是制约中小企业发展的一个重要因素。随着企业组织结构扁平化,传统薪酬体系已不再适用,宽带薪酬应运而生。在JY公司,原来的薪酬体系存在缺陷,员工对薪酬满意程度不高,不利于公司的业绩提高和长远发展。本文在宽带薪酬相关理论知识基础之上,通过问卷调查方式,找出JY公司薪酬管理方面存在的不足,针对这些问题,用宽带薪酬的思想进行改进完善,对薪酬体系重新设计。合理的薪酬体系,能够吸引、保留和激励员工,不断开发员工潜能。这对JY公司的生存与发展至关重要。

Abstract
In China, SMEs (short for small and medium enterprises) play an important role in economic and social development, such as promoting employment and enrich markets, maintain social stability and improve people's living standards. However, compensation management is a vital factor which restricts SEMs’ development. As the organization becomes more flat, traditional compensation system no longer applies, broadband system emerges as the times require. In JY Company, the original compensation system was flawed; employee salary satisfaction degree is not high, which is not conducive to improving the company's performance and its long-term development. The article is based on broadband compensation relevant speculative knowledge, through the interview questionnaire, finds JY compensation management shortcomings, and improved with the idea of the broadband compensation, redesign the compensation system. Reasonable compensation system, able to attract, retain and motivate employees to continuously develop their potential. It’s essential for JY’s survival and development.
