A公司雇佣B公司去招募人员来做一个项目；那么被招募的人员的雇主是B公司；但是，其实A公司也是雇主之一，那么A公司需不需要负担连带责任？加州两家机构（一个是一家公司名字叫Republic还有一家是一家工会叫Teamster Union卡车司机工会）间争端的仲裁结果将会决定这个问题的答案。

一开始的时候我准备把这个选项设置为这样的：

(B) NLRB will hold theTeamsters Union be responsible for management.
这个选项的错误也是偷换，本来TeamstersUnion就将对管理负责。不需要NLRB做出判决。 (C) The Teamsters Unionhires Republic Services to control Leadpoint.
这里是很明显的错误，原文是RepublicServices 雇佣Teamsters Union去招募工人为自己工作。 (D) NLRB may rule Republic hasdirect obligations to some employees.
NLRB确实会做出判决的啊，判决结果也无非是两个：一个是Republic公司负责任，一个Republic公司不用负责任。所以D才是正确答案！！！！

2012年考研英语中出现过TeamstersUnion这个机构，前几天的模拟题中也出现了这个机构，今天的经济学人又专门提到了这家机构。
