绿城·富阳工程监理大纲、监理规划、监理实施细则
摘 要
本设计主要是绿城·富阳金桥北路项目高层南区块工程监理大纲、监理规划、监理实施细则的编制。
监理大纲的主要内容包括编制依据、工程概况、工程建设监理阶段的范围和目标、监理组织机构及各机构工作职责、施工阶段本项目监理人员的配备、工程监理质量控制的方法与实施措施、工程监理进度控制的方法与实施措施、工程监理投资控制的方法与实施措施、合同管理、索赔管理和安全文明施工的监理措施以及 监理工作制度。其中主要对监理工作的主要内容、职责以及控制措施进行了说明。
监理规划主要包括工程概况、工程特点、监理工作目标、监理工作范围和内容、监理工作的依据、监理工作程序、监理组织机构、班子人员组成和职责分工、监理工作制度、工程质量监理内容、程序方法和措施和安全文明施工的监督管理措施等内容。此规划具有可操作性、全局性、预见性、动态性和针对性。
监理实施细则的内容主要包括工程概况及特点、监理依据、监理目标、监理工作流程、监理工作控制要点及目标值、监理工作的方法、措施及手段。该细则具有针对性，是指导开展具体监理工作的实施性文件。

ABSTRACT
This design is mainly fuyang jinqiao road project green city on the top south block engineering supervising outline, supervision planning, supervision of the detailed rules for the implementation of the organization.
The main content of the supervising outline including compilation basis, engineering survey, supervision of project construction phase of the scope and target, supervision organizations and agencies work duties, construction phase of the project supervision staffing, engineering supervision quality control method and the implementing measures, engineering supervision schedule control method and the implementing measures, engineering supervision investment control method and the implementing measures, contract management, and claim management and safety civilized construction supervision measures and the supervision system. The major of the main content of the supervision work, duties and control measures are presented.
Supervision planning mainly including engineering survey, the features of the project, supervision work goal, supervision work scope and content, the supervision work the basis, the supervision work procedure, supervision organization, group staff and responsibilities and supervision system, engineering quality supervision contents, procedures and safety civilization methods and measures of construction supervision and management measures. This plan is feasible, global, predictable and dynamic and pertinence.
Supervision of the detailed rules for the implementation of the main content including engineering general situation and characteristics and supervisory basis, supervision target, supervision work flow, supervision, control key points and the target and supervision of method, measures and means. The rules have specific aim, is responsible for the implementation of
