Section 1 Ownership of Ships
第二章 船 舶 第一节 船舶所有权
Article 7 The ownership of a ship means 第七条 船舶所有权，是指船舶所有人依法the shipowner''s rights to lawfully 对其船舶享有占有、使用、收益和处分的权possess, utilize, profit from and 利。 dispose of the ship in his ownership.
Article 8 With respect to a State-owned 第八条 国家所有的船舶由国家授予具有法ship operated by an enterprise owned by 人资格的全民所有制企业经营管理的，本法the whole people having a legal person 有关船舶所有人的规定适用于该法人。 status granted by the State, the provisions of this Code regarding the shipowner shall apply to that legal person.

第二节 船舶抵押权
