云计算对中小企业信息化的影响分析
摘要: 云计算离我们有多远？如果你使用过Google Mail、MSN、Apple iCloud,那么你其实已经使用了云计算的服务。云计算并非是一项全新的技术或一个全新的应用，它是ICT(信息、通信和技术)技术和应用发展到一个新的层次的多项技术和服务的组合的统称。云计算作为最新的一个创新热点，不仅仅是技术的创新，也是商业模式的转变，云计算的核心商业模式是服务和运营。通过云计算服务上的集中化运营，体现规模优势，可以直接降低企业经营成本，云计算服务商也获得了新的收入来源。企业的信息化建设因此不需要搭建自己的数据中心，从全社会角度也实现了节能减排的目标，正是因为云计算给各方面都带来了价值，所以越来越多公司和个人都投入到了云计算的大潮中。为了云计算不再“人云亦云”，需要我们从各个不同的角度去理解它。并结合中小企业信息化建设的现状和所面临的问题 ，创新地提出了中小企业公共云服务“云计算+SaaS”的解决方案，并分析了该方案对企业信息化建设所带来的影响。文中对中小企业云服务的概念模型、功能模型、发展阶段以及运营模式做了详细阐述，为云计算在中小企业中的有效实施提供了参考。

Abstract
Cloud computing Far Are We? If you use Google Mail, MSN, Apple iCloud, then you actuallally have to use a cloud computing service. Cloud computing is not a new technology or a new application, it is the ICT (information, communication and technology) technology and application development to a new level of a number of the combination of technologies and services collectively. Cloud computing as an innovative hot spots, not just technology innovation, business model transformation, the core business model of cloud computing services and operations. Through cloud computing services on centralized operations, reflecting the advantages of scale, reduce operating costs, cloud computing service providers to obtain new sources of revenue. The construction of enterprise information technology so there is no need to build their own data centers, from the perspective of society as a whole to achieve the emissions-reduction targets, it is cloud computing to all aspects of a value, so more and more companies and individuals into the tide of cloud computing. To cloud computing is no longer the parrot, \need to understand it from different perspectives. The combination of SME informatization construction status and the problems faced by innovative SMEs cloud services cloud \+ SaaS \and analyze the impact of the program on the construction of enterprise information. The conceptual model of IT cloud services to SMEs, the functional model, stage of development, and operation mode are described in detail, provides a reference for the effective implementation of cloud computing in small and medium-sized enterprises.

1. 引言
信息经济时代的到来使得企业信息化逐渐成为中小企业增强自身竞争力的重要手段，而现有的信息化建设模式难以满足中小企业在个性化、多样性和灵活性等方面日益增长的需求。企业信息化的投入难以产生较高的投资回报，收效甚微。而云计算的出现和兴起，无疑给众多的中小企业带来了更丰富的选择和机遇。
云计算是一种新兴的计算模式和服务模式，将一切IT资源看成是服务，这种新的IT提供方式将深刻影响着IT的变革。通过云计算的服务模式，借助互联网为用户提供企业管理软件以及IT硬件和计算能力，可以有效地降低解决中小企业在资金、人才、成本等方面的信息化难题，将是中小企业信息化发展的快捷通道和重要趋势。
我国中小企业占企业总数的99.7%，为我国创造了40%的利税，同时在就业方面创造了75%的就业机会。近几年中小企业虽然获得了较快的发展，但是相对于大企业而言，管理手段依然落后，随着企业规模的逐步扩大，企业利润没有相应的提升，竞争逐步加剧，管理问题凸显，越来越多的问题开始困扰着中小企业的管理者。传统的信息化建设模式主要是软件供应商为中小企业开发的小型管理软件，以财务、销售和办公自动化为主，这在一定程度上满足了部分中小企业的管理需求，但随着中小企业业务的拓展和规模的扩大，这些功能需求又不能动态地适应这种变化。因此中小企业选择合适的信息化建设模式就显得非常重要。
在互联网高速发展的今天，随着云计算的逐渐成熟和应用，进一步推动信息化建设模式向云计算方向发展，对企业来说IT外包从软件发展到网络、硬件以及开发平台，云计算成为中小企业新形势下企业自营和外包模式的灵活发展形式，主要互联网提供商对云计算诸多模式的推广和应用将会对中小企业信息化的发展更上一个台阶。
