Abstract

Since21stCentury,Humanresourceswasneverbetreatedasacost,ithasbeentakenseriouslyasanimportantresources.Asanimportantmethodfordevelopandmanagehumanresources,excitationhasbeenusedbymoreandmoreenterprises.Excitationcanmadethememberstryhardtoapplytheirskillsandtalents,itcanfindtheirinherentpotentialseriously,andthenitcanimprovethecompetitivenessofenterprises.State—ownedenterprisesisanimportantpartofChina’Ssocialistmarketeconomy,SOit’Snecessarytodevelopareasonableincentivesystem.Perfectincentivemechanismhasamajorimpactonthebusinessmanagement.

ThepaperusedBaotouWaterCompaniesasanexampleforelaborategeneralproblemoftheincentivemechanism.Itpresentedthecompany’Scurrentproductionandmanagementstatus,andcombinedthecompaniesrealsituationofitshumanresourcesmanagement,analyzedthecurrentsituationandproblemofthecompany’Sincentivesystemfromfiveparts,aspaysystem,performancemanagement,welfaresystems,trainingsystemsandcareermanagement.Foritspracticalproblems,thepaperproposedspecificmeasuresforimprovethemanagementbyusedthetheoryoftheincentivemechanism.
