Inrecentyears,withtherapiddevelopmentofinformationtechnology,3Gwaveissurgingathomeandabroad.Thethirdgeneration3Gmobilecommunicationerahasarrived.Thecurrent3GdevelopmentinChinahasbeenthroughthedifficultinitialstage,enteringastageofdevelopment.Networkconstructionbeginningtotakeshape,theuserhasbeguntoaccelerate,3Gservicesaregraduallyenriched.Inthecurrentnewtelecommunications,newmobile,anewpaRernofChinaUnicom’sma】爪etcircumstances,asaleaderintelecomoperators,ChinaMobile3Gmarl(etshouldbefullaccesstothemarketwhenitisfullofanalysisandresearch.

Inthispaper,HunanMobile3Gformestudy,byintegratingtheorywithpractice,analysisoftheentirebusinessoperationsofHunanmobiledatacommunicationservicesunderthemarketingenvironment,accordingtoChina’S3Gerahasbroughtanewpatternofcommunication,throughtheSWOTanalysis,specificallythedevelopmentofHunanMobile3G Sstrengths,weaknesses,opportunitiesandthreats.FrommultipleperspectivesandsummarizesthecurrentHunanMobile3Gmarketcompetition,inmisbasedOilthecurrentsituationinHunanMobile3Gmarketandmarketingproblemsindepthanddetailedanalysis,drawnHunanMobile’S3Gmarketmarketingstrategy.
