China's Enterprise Information Problems and Countermeasures

Abstract:The trend of information technology in the global context, from the significance of China's information technology , content and status, in-depth at the present stage of China's enterprise information construction there, and then propose solutions to this problem. Governments and businesses work together in order to achieve speed up the construction of China's enterprise information development .
Information revolution are breaking down and restructuring of the existing international economic order and structure, and to promote its information from the material type to type economic change. And as the economic globalization trend, if there is no information, enterprise reform, reconstruction, the process would be slight, the enterprise's survival and development will become a major problem. From the current terms, the first step companies often will become winners, while those who can not make a timely response to the enterprise, even if the escape be eliminated, only pushed into the low-growth business areas share of cold leftovers.
Enterprise information, including sales, production and service aspects, but in essence, enterprise management information, the enterprise will integrate the world's information technology , advanced management ideas further on the management, and improving management efficiency and effectiveness. Enterprise management of information technology companies, in a sense means that the overall information technology. it includes an internal management information and corporate information to external communication.
Construction of China's Enterprise Information Problems
According to the State Investigation and Analysis of key enterprises, Chinese enterprises prevailing low level of information technology , information, institutions are not perfect, inadequate investment in information technology and construction of high cost, operation management, inadequate coordination problems. Overall, there are regional imbalances, but also more applications remain on the surface level, there is no depth to the enterprise

operation and management of all aspects. Enterprise Information insufficient investment and lack of professional information technology talent is there are two problems.
Problems at this stage are: Understanding
Knowledge is the first one, with no awareness-raising actions could not generate the enthusiasm, of course, it is impossible to achieve good results, many people do not realize that information systems can put the company well managed, can provide the leadership for the very a valuable adjunct to decision-making information, but also in terms of speed and accuracy better than the people.
High-level understanding of enterprise information not correctly and fully
Some companies are better satisfied with the immediate situation, that does not improve the information technology , enterprises can still do a good job, therefore, the enterprise information construction attention go far enough. Senior leaders of some enterprises in the early stage information technology companies in information technology holds high expectations, hoping to obtain a higher efficiency of enterprise information, the results if we see an increase in investment costs, but no significant increase will be effective and will also lose their confidence. Senior leadership can not be used long-term perspective to look at the issue, quick success is not conducive to the continued development of information construction.
Part of the managers in long-term management practices have a wealth of experience , they tend to value their own subjective understanding, conservative, reluctant to absorb the new management analysis and advanced management methods, information on their status pose a huge threat; positive advocates because of traditional thinking, the continued management of outdated thinking or outdated management tools, the need is not a simple operation method, but rather to obtain analysis, decision-making Information Management concepts; professional and technical personnel are due to the technological complexity of the growing becoming more and more narrow, the face in general, lack of coordination and linkages, the system is fragmented on the macro situation and the overall effectiveness of the reality of technical staff in a number of constraints and limitations in the unable to extricate themselves.
