第1章 项目工程概况
1.1 工程概况 1.1.1 项目位置
本项目位于***市新区规划之核心地段,北邻汉江,月湖以西,东起**路,西接船舶职业技术学院,南望***路,北临月湖**路。总用地面积为12.38公顷。
项目基地位于**新区北端,与汉江相邻,其地处市中心,距离现有的中心的***商圈、**的***商圈、**金融一条街、****中央商务区都只有3-6公里距离,车行6-8分钟可到达。随着梅子路的修建,距离经济开发区仅10公里,而其东面的“文化艺术中心”已进入实施阶段,其地理位置优越。
本工程总建筑面积423964 ㎡,其中地上355727 ㎡,地下建筑面积68237㎡,包括:22—33层高层住宅楼(最大建筑高度不超过100m),5层住宅楼,地下车库,配套商业、幼儿园、会所等。本项目计划分为一、二、三期开发,一期经济技术指标如下:
