精益生产方式在企业中的应用研究 - 图文

中国矿业大学银川学院毕业论文 摘 要

精益生产方式是人类工业化历史上的第三个里程碑,是具有革命性的生产管理和实践方式。它的核心思想是减少浪费,建立具有高效率的生产系统,提高企业利润。它代表着当今制造业的发展方向,被誉为“21世纪制造业的标准生产方式”。精益生产作为一种先进的生产方式,对提高目前中国制造业的生产管理水平,增强中国企业的竞争力具有重要的现实意义。

本文结合公司现有的组织结构、现场管理、质量管理、产品开发、生产组织等方面存在的问题,依据精益生产的思想进行分析,综合应用拉动式生产、并行工程、6S、TPM、目视管理、质量管理等精益生产的理论和方法,以精益生产的核心思想和原则,结合企业具体的情况,提出了伊品生物公司的精益生产方案,解决了生产中所存在的管理问题,生产过程中所存在的浪费等,建立了企业系统的精益生产系统,提高了企业的现场管理水平、生产质量和企业竞争力。

Abstract

Lean production is the human industrialization on the history of the third milestone, a revolutionary of production management and the practical way. Its central idea is to reduce waste, to establish a team with high efficiency of the production system, and improve enterprise profits. It represents the development direction of manufacturing, known as the“21 century manufacturing standards mode of production”. Lean production as a kind of advanced production mode, to improve the present China manufacturing production management level, and enhance the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises has an important practical significance.

The paper integrate with company’s reality, according to Lean production ideas, point out problem on the organization, scene management, quality control, the product develop, By means of Lean Production ideas and tools,The company put to use the pulled theory, parallel project, balanced production,6S, total quality management and the theory and method of lean production, To lean manufacturing core ideas and principles, combined with enterprise of concrete conditions,Put forward the product biotechnology company lean production plan, Solve the production the existence of the management, the production process the existence of the waste, etc .Establish the enterprise system lean production system, Improve the enterprise management level, the production quality and enterprise competitiveness.
