数字化城市管理模式研究——以太仓市为例
摘要
城市管理是是城市发展过程中最重要的内容，城市的政治、经济以及文化的建设都由城市的管理水平所体现。如今，“城市使生活更美好”包含着人们对城市生活的憧憬和追求。探索研究数字化城市管理体系在推动整体经济向前发展的同时，还可解决居民在生活中遇到的问题、创造良好的环境和条件、促进城市功能的正常发挥。信息技术与政府管理变革研究已然成为公共管理学科研究的前沿的重要课题之一。
在现代科技水平突飞猛进的今天，多个城市和区域运用高科技信息手段建立智能化实时处理的数字城管系统的成功实践已经充分证明其构建的必要性与可行性。太仓市在全面学习借鉴其他有成功经验的城市管理体系，同时根据自身城市发展状况，来探索并开发出数字管理的理论研究和实践活动，进行了理论创新、系统平台建设技术创新和运行实践创新。太仓市通过构建设数字化信息管理体系，成功的使政府各个部门之间的信息达成一个共享平台，形成信息交换以及资源共享的状况，能够进行良好的协同合作，使得城市治理工作效率得到有效提高，同时在城市发展战略目标的制定上，也能更加准确，全面推动城市良好发展。
但是一切创新性工作在实行初期，模式不断创新中，仍然遇到了一些困难和障碍。期望通过县级市数字化城管的实例研究，探索运行中认知、人员、管理体制、信息资源整合等问题，提出合理化建议，以期对数字化城市管理模式的进一步发展提供可能的借鉴。在信息技术日新月异的今天，使数字化城市管理进一步推广应用、更好的发挥其效果，从而契合城市发展的轨迹，让城市居民获得实效始终是城管工作者孜孜不倦的追求。 关键词：城市管理;数字化;太仓市
Abstract
Urban management is the eternal theme of urban development, a city management embodies an urban economic construction, political construction, cultural construction and social progress in building a harmonious degree. Today, \living on the city's vision and pursuit.
