Abstract
Under the development background of KM industry Ltd, combined with principles and methods of development strategy, the author carries out a research of development strategy of KM industry Ltd. The author had worked for Enshi for three years and probed into the development of the company, during this process, the author gets to know that the strategy management is important and imminent. KM industry Ltd, as a fast developed small-sized company in the middle and west, is a representative company in this industry. The research work about development strategy of KM industry Ltd is very important.
The thesis consists of five chapters or two parts. The contents the first part are in first three chapters, though the review of the strategy theory and analysis of company actuality and products, it establishes a foundation for environment analysis, and through the analysis of external and internal environment, the author finds out the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threatens. The second part is emphasis of the thesis, with the conclusion given by last part, the author studies how to formulate the company development strategy and offer a particular plan for the development of the company. At last, the author gives a very deep research of the practical problems during the process the strategy implementation and puts forward tactics and measures for strategy implementation of the company.
During the writing process, the author is on the bases of competition analysis and establishment of comparative advantages, the author formulate and implement the strategy management of company, and offer a feasible thought for strategy research on state-owned, middle or small-sized firms in the middle and west of our country.
