在西方现代政治哲学中，罗尔斯的哲学是一个重要的里程碑。本文从正义这一基本概念入手，旨在探讨罗尔斯正义理论的形成与发展过程，从正义的主题——社会基本制度出发，阐明了分配公民基本权利和义务的原则即正义原则，并重点论述了两个正义原则的推导过程。 正义原则通过调节社会基本制度，从社会个体的微观角度出发，处理社会事实上的不平等现象。罗尔斯在一个纯粹假设的“原初状态”之中，相互冷淡的各方只保有一般的社会理论知识，其个人的特殊信息都掩盖在“无知之幕”之下，从而模拟有理性的个人进行合理的推理而做出对正义原则的选择。

Abstract
In western modern political philosophy, John Rawls’s philosophy is an important milestone. From the concept of justice, this paper aimed at researching the process of formation and development of the theory of justice. From the starting of social system which is the justice subject, Rawls clarified principles of distribution of the fundamental rights and obligations of citizens and focused on derivation of two principles of justice. From the social individual point of view, the principle of justice treats all kinds of social unfair phenomena by adjusting basic social system. In an original position of purely hypothetical, Rawls imitated that the rational individuals make the choice of principles of justice after reasonable inference In fact, this reason is discovered by reserving general knowledge of social theory among mutual indifferent parties and individual special information is covered with the veil of ignorance.
